18/8 304/4N Stainless steel, satin finish. 2 mm thic tri-plane rigid assembly. Pulvarising nozzles 2 on the right ,2 on the left and 2 on the roof. Disinfection liquid or alcohol is advised to be used for efficient pump suction. High viscosity liquids not advised. Infrared sensors on left and right with 80 cm sensing ability . Timer is digital and adjustable. (default 5-10 sec.) Disinfection bottle storage is compatible with 5 litre tank , bigger tank storage is custom production option. Hand disinfection dispenser added , sensor operated, 220 V AC. To avoid any problem please use 220V/50 Hz grounded power supply. Pumps use 200 Watt/h Detachable wheels for stabling the gate on desired location. Wheels are locking operated to stabilise while mobile. Pressured nozzles spray 2 mL pulvarised liquid each second. A standard 5 litre tank can provide ~2500 passes.

USING

Choose a location to stabilise the gate unit with wheels locking and being ready to operate. Place the disinfectant bottle to the storage , make a hole on the screw cap for the feed line hose . Place the feed line hose inside the bottle ,screw the cap on with hose inside touching the tank floor. Fill the disinfectant dispensers tank . Place the Hygienic mat on the center of the gate . Plug in the device for operating. Now the Hygiene Gate is ready for disinfecting the passing person. Each person must be walking slowly by the gate for disinfecting efficiently.
