FACADE ALKALI PRO
Product description Facade Alkali Pro is a professional alkaline cleaning concentrate developed for removing heavy atmospheric contamination from building façades and exterior mineral surfaces.
The product helps loosen and remove soot, traffic film, oily deposits, grease, dust, smoke residue, and deeply embedded general dirt. It is intended for professional façade-cleaning operations where ordinary neutral detergents are insufficient.
The cleaner is suitable for use on alkali-resistant surfaces such as concrete, unpolished natural stone, brick, clinker, cement render, paving stone, and selected industrial exterior surfaces.

Recommended dilution
* Light contamination: 1:20 to 1:50
* Medium contamination: 1:10 to 1:20
* Heavy contamination: 1:3 to 1:10
* Extremely heavy local contamination: use at stronger concentration only after a compatibility test

The final dilution range must be confirmed by field testing on the intended surface.

Directions for use
1. Remove loose dust and debris.
2. Pre-wet porous or heat-exposed surfaces with clean water.
3. Apply the diluted product evenly.
4. Allow 3–10 minutes of contact time.
5. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
6. Agitate heavily contaminated areas with a suitable brush.
7. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, preferably using controlled pressure washing.
8. Repeat the treatment where necessary.

Important limitations
Do not use without testing on aluminium, zinc, galvanized metal, painted surfaces, polished stone, sensitive coatings, or alkali-sensitive materials.
Protect glass, decorative metal, plants, and adjacent surfaces from prolonged contact.
Always perform a small-area compatibility test before full application.
